The buffet breakfast is generous and delicious.
I was disappointed with the bathroom condition. it clearly needed some TLC. The taps in the wall were wonky, and I was left without hot water on my second night. Additionally, there seemed to be skeleton staff, which made for a lonely experience as I was the only person in the bar and at breakfast the following morning.

The views of Lake Titicaca are amazing, especially from the rooftop gardens! I loved my cozy Standard Single Room, complete with a modern bathroom. And don’t get me started on the buffet breakfast-so generous and delicious, setting the perfect tone for the day!

The stunning views of Lake Titicaca from the rooftop gardens provided an unforgettable backdrop, especially during sunrise. The generous buffet breakfast, including delicious toasts, set a wonderful tone for each day. However, the hotel was quite a trek from the center, making it less convenient for exploring. Additionally, the uphill walk back to reception after parking could be daunting for some guests, and the lack of staff presence made the experience feel somewhat isolated at times.

The view from my Standard Single Room was amazing! Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was just magical, and the experience of having coffee on the pier was unlike anything I've felt.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I had a fantastic experience enjoying breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca from my room and the beautiful rooftop gardens. The spacious, comfortable room made my two-night stay very relaxing, and the buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, setting a great tone for the day ahead. However, the hotel was quite far from the center of Puno, which could be a downside for those looking to explore the city easily.

Soundproofing could be better.
